Program and Activities Department
Program and activities department carried out by a program of public events, organizing educational activities, and volunteering at the Human Rights Center. When conducting its activities različitm cooperate with civil society organizations, government institutions, institutions for the protection of human rights, international organizations and academic institutions, and strive to foster horizontal cooperation and inter-sectoral. Since it generally promotes the protection and respect for human rights in Croatia, are different themes that we do, from the position of marginalized groups in society such as persons with disabilities, to cope with the past, security issues, discrimination, environmental protection ... Head of the Department is also and coordinator of the East-East Partnesrhip Beyond Borders in Croatia, which seeks to exchange experience and encourage international cooperation on current issues from human rights to be addressed by civil society organizations in Croatia, as well as our center.

    Center seeks primarily through a program of public events, which includes public hearings, roundtables, conferences and NGO forums to foster cooperation between government institutions, civil society organizations, Institutions of Human Rights, an organization of international and academic communities actualizing a specific theme for the promotion of human rights ..
  • Educational activites
    Human rights education, values, attitudes and skills is crucial to create a society that accepts differences was of opinion, education, social status, health status, origin, orientation ... The School of Human Rights, seminars, lectures and workshops promoting and developing human rights education, primarily for youth, but also other intersted groups .
  • Volunteering program
    Recognizing the importance of active participation in social life, helping others and working for the common good, the Center has developed its own volunteer program, in accordance with the Law on Volunteering in Croatia.
  • East-East Partnership Beyond Borders Program
    kat_ee1Centar za ljudska prava institucionalni je partner Programa Instituta Otvoreno društvo "The East East: Partnership Beyond Borders" u Hrvatskoj od 2007 godine. Program provodimo kroz tematska područja, a određujemo ih strategijom koju donosimo krajem svake godine. Glavni je cilj ovog programa međunarodna razmjena iskustava, znanja, ideja i stručnosti.
