In the published study on the legal dimension of the policy of eliminating discrimination in Croatia, for the first time Croatia was a part of this legal review of EU and national policy of eliminating discrimination. The study's author is Lovorka Kusan and Human Rights Center as an orderer in collaboration with the Human Consultancyjem. The study came in the framework of the European Commission, European Network of Legal Experts in the Non-discrimination Field Study visit: http://www.non-discrimination.net/countries/croatia Within the same project there was published the European Anti-dscrimination Law Review, a review of legal practice in the field of combating discrimination which is also for first time includes Croatia.
