Youth Initiative for Human Rights of Croatia, on behalf of the Coalition for the REKOM, to coordinate a campaign to collect signatures supporting the establishment of RECOM-a (Regional Commission, which should establish the facts about war crimes and other serious violations of human rights in the former Yugoslavia from the 1991 to 2001.) in Croatia. Thousands of young people from the region will be the carriers of the first major campaign that will be simultaneously conducted in all countries of former Yugoslavia. Campaign for RECOM will be the largest-ever youth networking in the region. Centre for Human Rights supports the work of the Coalition for a river. Enclosed is an invitation to all interested volunteers.
